董事会决议的披露

1.    批准截至2019年12月31日的年度经审计的财务报表以及董事会报告, 管理讨论与分析报告及公司治理报告.

2.    2019年批准关联方交易.

3.    2020年关联方交易审批.

4.    批准2020年mg摆脱网站年度计划及预算.

5.    Request the mg摆脱游戏免费试玩 in forthcoming AGM to authorize the 董事会 to determine and distribute cash dividends to the mg摆脱游戏免费试玩 of the Company (who are registered with the MCDC as of the dates to be decided by the 董事会) in July 2020 and January 2021 out of the retained earnings as per the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2019, 但合计不得超过四项.每股15 Baizas.
